New Leasing Director at Juhola to develop leasing business.
Juhola is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Leasing Director, Petri Nietosvaara, and to introduce a new business area for Juhola, commercial brokerage service. Petri Nietosvaara brings with him a strong background in real estate and a vision for developing the leasing business.
Nietosvaara, who has previously worked successfully in several expert and management positions in the real estate sector, including Newsec, Colliers, Citycon and YIT, brings to our team extensive expertise in tenant acquisition for diverse types of premises, customer needs and leasing business development. His vision is to take our company’s leasing services to a new level by offering a wider range of properties, and to further develop our leasing process and service offering.
Our new commercial brokerage service will focus on providing premises seekers the best channel to find new premises, regardless of the type of office. Our aim is to offer space seekers not only top-quality properties, but also the easiest and most transparent letting process possible.
