Juhola expands its operations

Juhola Asset Management and Novi Real Estate have concluded a Property Management agreement with Allianz Real Estate GmbH. The assignment concerns the management of the Eteläesplanadi 2 office property in central Helsinki.

The property at Eteläesplanadi 2 is an office property with street-level shops in a prime location in Helsinki city centre. The assignment includes financial, commercial and technical management . Novi’s role is to act as a coordinator and provide strategic support as the assignment progresses. The assignment begins on 1 January 2020.
