The assignment concerns the management of the Etel\u00e4esplanadi 2 office property in central Helsinki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The property at Etel\u00e4esplanadi 2 is an office property with street-level shops in a prime location in Helsinki city centre. The assignment includes financial, commercial and technical management . Novi\u2019s role is to act as a coordinator and provide strategic support as the assignment progresses. The assignment begins on 1 January 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are very excited to start our cooperation with both Novi and Allianz in order to provide the best possible Property Management service in Finland. We feel that this new assignment is a great addition to our existing foreign clientele and a strong example of the success of our recently revised corporate strategy.
