The assignment includes all the management assignments of the three office properties in Espoo recently acquired by the real estate company Kielo, which is managed by Brunswick Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In September, Kielo acquired the properties Quartetto Intermezzo and Piispankalliontie 13 from OP Life Assurance Company Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intermezzo, built in 2012 and located in Lepp\u00e4vaara, Espoo, is part of the Quartetto Business Park entity. Piispankalliontie 13 is a single office property built in 2002 and located in Piispankyl\u00e4, Espoo. There is a total of approximately 11,000 square metres of office space in the properties. In December, Kielo acquired an office property located at S\u00e4terinkatu 6 in Lepp\u00e4vaara, Espoo, from a fund managed by Savills <a href=\"https:\/\/www.juhola.com\/blog\/uncategorized\/juhola-continues-to-grow\/\">IM<\/a>. This property, built in 2001 and located in Lepp\u00e4vaara, is connected to Quartetto Intermezzo by bridge. There is a total of approximately 6,300 square metres of modern office space in the property. Juhola manages all the properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are very excited about our deepening collaboration with Brunswick. After its establishment, Kielo has carried out ten investments in growth centres throughout Finland.
